Having long legs and being able to jump higher then other people will definately bring along some advantages and especially in sports. Some sports like basketball and volleyball require skill and hard work. So, a good basketball player will have a good combination of determination and high vertical. However, not every person that loves to play basketball does not have a high vertical leap and they really want to find out ways that they can increase their vertical. In basketball, just because you are able to jump higher does not mean that you are a great player, focus and speed and how good you are also contribute to what makes a person able to be a good basketball player.

What determines a persons ablility to increasing their vertical and thus being able to jump higher? Its simple, it is leg strength. You might think that they stronger your legs are then the higher you will be abele to jump. This is not entirely true and what you might also want to add is that who you workout is what also contributes to how much you are able to add inches.

Working out the full body in one day can help you become better conditioned and better well oriented and being able to perform better in sports.
