December 18 this year sees the much anticipated release of James Cameron’s latest movie, Avatar. 20th Century Fox recently released the first trailer for this epic sci-fi action adventure. You can play that below.
The movie will be released in 3-D theatres and IMAX 3-D on the above date. Starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Peter Mensah, Laz Alonso, Wes Studi, Stephen Lang and Matt Gerald, Avatar tells the story of an ex-marine who winds up on an alien planet full of weird and wonderful creatures.
This action packed offering from Cameron follows the trials and tribulations of the ex-marine as he is thrust into hostilities on this strange planet. A human mind caught up in an alien body (an Avatar), he becomes torn between the two worlds in a brutal battle for his own survival and the planets inhabitants.
